The annual conference of
the society is held at a time and place fixed by the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
All society members are entitled to submit papers for the Conference
and should reach the Secretary about two months before the time
of the Conference. Papers accepted for the Conference may be published
in the Bulletin of the Society or in any other special publication.
