Ethics and Publication Policy
The publication of the journal Puratattva is dedicated to promote the study of the past as well as to foster the academic knowledge by disseminating the results of new researches among the fraternity of archaeology. It also focused on to provide a forum for discussion about all form of archaeological problems covering a broad range of time period from prehistory to the early historical period including conservation of Indian heritage (tangible and intangible). Therefore, we welcome the submission of articles which maintain originality and highest ethical standards.
Authors are suggested to ensure that their article should not be under consideration for publication in any other journal. If authors decide to send or publish their paper in any other journal should inform to the editor of the journal Puratattva and can withdraw their articles. Authors are also encouraged to ensure the inclusion of the name of other contributors/co-authors in the articles (in the right order based on their contributions in the article) and mention the names of financial supporters, institutions while giving the acknowledgments.
